As we can see after so many posts, complains, n asking for changes from quite a few people in guild, we have to do something to make the guild better. (like spicyice n silentio) Well I guess we should now do something about it... making the guild more interesting, n having more people participate, not just us few... (yunzhan, chester-, enutrof etc.)

Guild Ranks: (pretend we had 30 members, the no.s at left r how much members)

10-12 Members = servants: being an active participant
8 = defenders: being an active participant
4-5 = keepers: keeping track of contribution/data etc.
3-4 = treasurers: help organizing activities
2-3 = officers: helping leaders decide
1 leader: final person to decide

maybe 5 % contribution from every1? 500 at the least each month?

Here r the qualifications (just an idea) for each rank:

Servants = lvl 20 and more, 500 contribution total at least
Defenders = lvl 25 and more, 1000 contribution total at least
Keepers = lvl 28 and more, 3000 contribution total at least
Treasurers = lvl 35 and more, 5000 contribution total at least
Officers = lvl 30 n more, but this rank leader decides depending on helpfulness, contribution, activeness... all decided by leader

Activities:

PvP competition: A player vs player or group players vs group players kind of competition. We could hold it once a month or twice a month depending on time n participants. The competitions may include rank competitions (like defender vs defender, servant vs servant), or group fights, but not in same rank for each group (like defender,servant,treasurer vs keeper,defender,leader)

EXP contest:: We have tried this b4, but have recently stopped (that i dunno y... no time to organize maybe) and this is a real important part. In this contest the limit is around 1 week n see hu can contribute the most xp in that period of time. Held twice a month maybe? A very good way to encourage members to be active

Screenshot contest: again this has been tried b4. maybe a new theme each month? for example scary, funny, cool etc. This maybe one of the most popular activities n funniest

"Beauty" Contest: Maybe dressing up ur character for showing how "ying" n "pretty" u r. I dunno, just a thot...

**Each contest's winners shall be posted on forum, n given a decent price? money? items? dunno.. n maybe a first,second,n third depending on no. of participants?

Our goals: (again just a thot)

- raising the guild requirement lvl to 20, 25 soon.
- raising the lvl of our guild every month or two.. this would require alot of participation in guild by members... we have been stuck in lvl 11 for a long time already
- always having 2 perceptors ready n members participating n really into defending it n trying their best
- way more activeness n chats in guild... it's like a jail or sth now... no one speaks!
- provide help to members that r lower lvls such as free money, free items etc.

Guild House:

We could buy a guild house these days... anywhere in astrub if we can spare money, and call it Door Misguided maybe?

Conclusion:

For now, that's what I'll say.. I hope to see replies n ideas from other members in the guild, n some action being taken this month

This is very well planned out. I have a few other ideas.

Guild Party for the 8 craq mob (as in the fighting party, not the fun one)

We can form a 8-people party to try to kill it, but we have to be fast, there are many people waiting there. (The starter has to have a fast internet connection and a fast computer to kick all the unwanted people out)

Teaching LowerLevels

Maybe a higher level character (Eg. -FullMetalEca-, or chester-) can "take care" of a lower character of the same class. Like helping with quests, giving tips etc. etc.

PvM Contest

We find a place where there is lots of the same level monsters (Eg. level 3 gobbals).
Then, those who are entering this contest will start the battle at the around the same time, choose thier positions and don't do anything until someone says go.
Then they click ready and they try to kill the monster as fast as they can. Ecas *about to* wearing Full Treeset cannot use AoN as that will be cheating.

This contest will basically test how fast you can kill a monster using tactics. The more Hp lost, the less "points" given to you (unless you are a Sacrier of course ^^)

And that's all I can think of.

in fact..how about doing a craq hunting party tomorrow morning?
and for the pvm contest...i suggest using the bear man...and to make it more interesting....someone can actually go protect the bear man and attack the challenger Twisted Evil

how bout we have a weekly contest of the best member in the guild?
me and officers will judge by observing guild members performance...and select a person that is friendly, active, helpful and made high contribution to the guild.
